By placing a custom order with Craft Connections PH, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them plain and friendly po.
All orders begin with a layout proof for your approval. Production starts only after you approve the proof and we receive at least a 50% downpayment. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
We accept GCash, Maya, and BDO/BPI bank transfers. Receipts are issued via email. Prices are quoted in Philippine pesos and inclusive of standard finishes; rush fees and special materials are quoted separately.
Standard items ship 5-7 business days after layout approval. Multi-layered signage and bundles may take 10-14 days. Lead times begin only after both proof approval and downpayment are received.
Once handed to our courier partner, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We pack carefully and provide tracking numbers. Damage in transit must be reported with photos within 48 hours of receipt for replacement consideration.
Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer-remorse reasons. Defects in workmanship or material are eligible for free replacement when reported within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence.
You confirm you have the right to use any logos, artwork, or QR codes you submit. You grant us a limited license to use these solely to fulfill your order. We retain rights to our own design templates and may showcase finished work in our portfolio (anonymized on request).
You may cancel before layout approval for a full refund. After approval and once production begins, downpayments are non-refundable as materials and labor have been committed.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Manila.
