When you submit a custom order or contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, messenger handle or phone number, and any uploaded design files. We also collect anonymous analytics about how visitors use our site.

Your information is used solely to coordinate your custom order, send layout proofs, deliver your purchase, and respond to follow-up questions. We never sell your data to third parties po.

We share your shipping details only with our courier partners (Lalamove, J&T, etc.) for delivery purposes. Payment processors receive only what they need to process payment.

Logos, QR codes, and design files you upload remain your intellectual property. We retain copies only for the duration of fulfilling and supporting your order, plus 12 months for re-order convenience.

We use minimal first-party cookies for site performance and anonymized analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email hi@craftconnections.ph and we will respond within 15 business days.
